Company history

 

In 1999, Jack Li graduated from the mold design and machining, later he came to Shenzhen when the city looked no more than a small town(Shenzhen has more than 10 million population in 2020!). Originally he had the opportunity to work in Foxconn which was already a huge company at that time, instead he chose to work for a small Hong Kong molding company to start the career, till this day.

 

Jack started from the grassroots in the company, from CNC machining, to die casting, investment casting and then mold design, In the process, he became proficient in related areas and built a strong technical team.

 

Then in 2006, he started DS mold factory to design and produce die casting, plastic and stamping dies for customers, and in 2008 the small factory turned into a mold making and die casting integrated factory;

 

In 2009, the new CNC factory was founded, providing CNC turning and milling services.

 

In 2016, the investment casting facility was established, the facility provides customers with steel, stainless steel and copper casting services with CNC machining finish.

 

In 2018, he founded a DC motor company with a motor assembly line providing gear services with module 3, accuracy level 6-8.

 

Since he started his business, consistent high quality is all that the whole team pursue, DS Industries has since established a long term business relation with companies like Dormakaba, Spectrum Brands, Hillrom, KitchenAid, etc, and the list is expanding, DS Industries hopes to forge new business relationship with you and we warmly invite you to visit our facilities in Shenzhen and Dongguan, China, we are about 2 hours from Hong Kong Airport.
